We do not currently deliver products to addresses outside the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK may purchase items and have them delivered to a UK address.
Carriage, Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
DeliveryWe use Royal Mail First-class Recorded delivery for consignments up to 2kg in weight. Consignments in excess of 2kg are sent ParcelForce 24 as this is a more economic shipping option for heavier packages.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm Mon - Fri the same day, orders received after this time will be dispatched the next day.
Orders placed Sat/Sun or Public Bank holidays will be dispatched next Working day
Both options are signed-for receipt, meaning that someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for their receipt. If no-one is at the address to receive the goods, the postal service will leave a card for you, explaining that nobody could sign for them, and the card will also advise you of your local depot from which the goods can be collected.
Generally, you have 5 days to collect the goods from the postal depot, after which they may be returned to our despatching warehouse. If correctly ordered goods are returned to us because of such non-collection, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to have the goods re-sent.
Carriage Costs
The cost of carriage and delivery is determined by the weight of your consignment. As you add items to your shopping cart, you can use the "shipping estimator" button to show approximately how much your consignment will cost to deliver. The actual cost is displayed during the checkout phase of your visit.
The shipping weight is the combined weight of the item and its packaging. For this reason, you will always notice a difference between the ITEM weights and the final SHIPPING weights.
We aim to send out your consignment within 48 hours of your order being placed and accepted. However, please allow for 14 days delivery time as there may be factors that affect your order (such as product availability, courier services, postal delays, etc.)
All deliveries are subject to signed receipt.

You have 7 days (after your receipt of the goods) to contact us to discuss returns.
We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods, open or used items.
All products returned to us must be in their original and undamaged packaging.
The cost of returning items to us is the customers responsibility when goods have been correctly supplied. In this instance there is a 10% restock fee.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled only PRIOR to their despatch. If your order has been shipped, and you then wish to cancel it, you will have to follow the returns procedure (described above).
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item and it is our mistake we will give a FULL refund including reasonable recorded return postage
